The process for enrolling for text message updates from the cluster has changed. If you are already receiving text messages, no further action is needed. However, if you are not receiving text messages, please follow these new instructions to enroll. Text message or data rates may apply, depending on your cellular phone plan. 2. This account will only send messages. It will not be monitored for replies. 3. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to 484848. If you attempted to sign up previously without any success please try again using this number. Thank you!

We are scheduled to have asphalt repairs on Greenmont Court and Forest Edge Drive beginning Tuesday, May 30th beginning at 7am.  All vehicles must be moved and relocated in all parking areas by 7am while this work takes place. Any vehicle that is blocking access to the work areas after 7am may be towed at the vehicle owner's sole risk and expense.  Additional details are posted on the cluster website, on Town Square, and have been posted on all residence doors. Any schedule changes or updates will be made on Town Square, so make sure you sign up if you have not already. Go to https://app.townsq.io - and join with your account number found on your coupon book. Or, call CMC for assistance at 703.631.7200. We anticipate cars may return to the parking area after 5pm on Tuesday.

​The agenda for our May board meeting is attached. Don't forget that this is also our annual meeting for elections for new board members. Electronic voting is open until noon on May 23 or you can vote in person at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the Forest Edge Elementary School cafeteria.

Please be advised that Brothers Paving has pushed the asphalt work to MAY 30. There will be additional sealing work performed in June. PLEASE READ THE TWO FLYERS POSTED HERE FOR DETAILED INFORMATION.

In addition, we will be posting information on each home within the next few days. Attached is a copy of the Notice that will be posted at each home. Please follow all directions posted.

Brothers Paving will be here on Monday and Tuesday, May 8-9, to make sidewalk repairs on Forest Edge. They will make repairs on Greenmont Court beginning Tuesday, May 9, continuing throughout the week.

PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED NOTICE in regard to repairs and your CARS!

Cars will need to be moved to another location if sidewalk repairs are marked near your parking places.

Estimates for walkways (if you asked for an estimate previously) will be on Monday.

Parking lot paving will begin later in May. We will post another message when more details are available. 

This is a reminder that our 2023 annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 23, at 7pm at the Forest Edge Elementary School cafeteria. Notices for this meeting were mailed out to homeowners on April 19, 2023. 

The first part of this meeting will be the election for board members. Detailed instructions were included in the mailed packet. New this year is an option for electronic voting. Please reference the letter mailed or the message posted on Town Sq for additional voting instructions. You can email the board for any additional questions. 

The May board meeting will begin at 7:30 after the annual meeting.
