The process for enrolling for text message updates from the cluster has changed. If you are already receiving text messages, no further action is needed. However, if you are not receiving text messages, please follow these new instructions to enroll. In order to receive text messages with important cluster reminders and news please send “FECA” to 571-500-1090. A few important notes, 1. Text message or data rates may apply, depending on your cellular phone plan. 2. This account will only send messages. It will not be monitored for replies. 3.
