RFP Recruitment

FECA board of directors is seeking volunteers to assist with coordinating the RFP process to solicit bids for trash pickup, grounds work and professional cluster management. Experience with soliciting and evaluating RFPs would be great but not necessary. The most valuable asset you can give is your time.
