The FECA board of directors will be updating community design standards to provide specifications for awnings and electric vehicles. Preliminary details can be found in the June meetings minutes. Please attend the August board meeting on Tuesday, August 2, or email the board if you would like to provide input on these design standards.

2022 third quarter cluster fees of $375 are due July 1. Late fees and processing penalties will be assessed to accounts in arrears on July 31.
