DRB Application and Review Procedures

Cluster design standards are prepared by the board of directors and approved by the Reston Association Design Review Board (RA DRB). The most recent update to design standards was done in June 2023 and previously in December 2010, 2014 and 2021. The exterior design standards are posted on the cluster website in the accompanying PDF while DRB applications are available on the RA website. Each application must be signed by at least two Cluster Board members and should be submitted to the Cluster Board for review before being submitted to the DRB for its consideration.
