Complaint Form
The FECA Board has adopted a formal complaint process, as required by state law. You may use the complaint process for any issues you wish, including complaints about violations of the bylaws, rules and regulations of the cluster, or of state law. In addition, for certain complaints, those that arise under the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act or other common interest community regulations, there is the opportunity to appeal to the Common Interest Community Ombudsman. More information is included in the policy and with the complaint forms at: http://www.dpor.virginia.gov/CIC-Ombudsman/. The Form is attached below.

FECA Documents
For access to the Forest Edge Cluster Documents, we have chosen to use Google Drive. Google Drive is a cloud based file share system that allows users to access their files anywhere at any time without any 3rd party software, downloads or plugins. All you need is an internet connection and a browser! Google Drive is used by several Fortune 500 companies to store, share and transmit documents securely. Security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us (and Google)!
To access the files, you will need to sign up for a Google Drive account. If you already have a Google Email Account you do not need to sign up for a Google Drive Account. If you do not have a Google Email Account, don't worry, you don't need one. You can sign up with your existing email address at https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail. This way the Board and/or webmaster does not manage your username and password!
If you wish to have access to the FECA documents, please fill out the form below. You will have to provide your name, house number with street name (FE/GC) and an email address. After you fill out the form, an email will be sent to an administrator to confirm that you are a current FECA resident. After you are confirmed, you will receive an email giving you access to the FECA documents.
