The FECA board of directors are pleased to announce that we have extended our partnership with Community Management Corporation (CMC) to provide full-service management for our cluster. Having managed our finances for the past three years, expanding this relationship should be a seamless transition to allow for better service to our community.
In the coming weeks, all homeowners will receive a copy of the attached letter. Inside will be instructions on how to contact the management company with any questions or concerns related to our cluster. There are also instructions on how to use their website and app to submit service requests, make payments, or interact with other residents or board members. Please note that You do not need to make any changes to where you send assessment payments or the method by which you make payments.
