2023 fourth quarter cluster fees of $375 are due October 1. Late fees and processing penalties will be assessed to accounts in arrears on October 30.
Payments can be submitted online through your Town Square account. If you are not already signed up for Town Square, please take a moment to do so at www.townsq.io. Or, payments can be mailed to: FECA c/o CMC PO Box 61148 Phoenix, AZ 85082-1148 Include your account number with payment. Call Customer Service is 703-631-7200 if you have questions or need assistance. Board members do not have access to your individual account numbers. The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 28 at 7pm. This will be an in person meeting in the Lake Fairfax Conference Room located at 1400 Lake Fairfax Dr. Reston, VA 20190.
