Greenmont Court is now open to traffic. Please note there are a few places where the sealer did not dry completely. We will monitor those areas over the weekend. If these areas are still a problem on Monday, we will address the issue with the contractor. We have made the contractor aware of these few areas, but there is nothing that can be done now in the rain. Also, at the top of the hill, the painters ran out of yellow paint. They will be back over the weekend to paint the last few yellow curbs. Thank you for your patience.
If you see orange tape anywhere in the community, we would appreciate your help in throwing this orange tape away. Your help in continuing to keep our community beautiful will be most appreciated. Thank you for your help on these street improvement efforts. All Residents on Greenmont Court (except 1450 – 1478 area) – Please keep your cars OFF Greenmont Court tonight. The sealing must dry. EARLY (approx. 6:45am) in the morning, the painter will arrive to paint lines and reserved spots. Once the painting is completed, you can return to Greenmont Court within a few hours. Please DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON GREENMONT COURT TONIGHT.
All Forest Edge Residents and Residents on Greenmont Court in the 1450 – 1478 area may return to their parking spots. All work has been completed in those areas. Thank you for your cooperation. Forest Edge Residents and 1450-1478 Greenmont Residents –
Due to the rain today, they cannot paint. However, they anticipate that they will be able to paint VERY EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
