There are two very important events happening on the evening of May 3.
Our annual election for board members will be Tuesday, May 3, at St. Thomas a Becket chuch at 7pm. Ballots were mailed earlier this year and can be dropped off between 7-7:15pm. If you do not have your ballot you can still come vote for board members in person. It is critical that enough owners vote to make sure we have quorum to confirm the election results. Positions for the executive committee will be decided on after the election.
The May board meeting will follow immediately afterwards at 7:30pm. Representatives from the two finalists selected to be considered for awarding the contract for full service professional management will be meeting with us to discuss their proposals and answer questions. The agenda for this board meeting is attached.
