Dear Neighbors and Property Owners of Forest Edge Cluster,
The FECA Board is delighted to announce that after a six month process, we have hired and are now contracted with Associa Community Management Company to handle our cluster's bookkeeping and financial records.
All property owners will receive a letter of introduction from the company within the next few weeks. In it, property owners and managers will receive information about the new payment process for cluster fees.
Property owners will have the option of paying by personal check, direct debit, using an online billpayer or paying by credit card.
Dues will continue to be collected quarterly; late fees will continue to be assessed sixty days after the due date (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1) for each quarter.
Homeowners with questions are invited to contact the board at firstname.lastname@example.org once those letters are received.
The FECA Board extends special thanks to Brenda Abrams and to Mitch Reiners for their extraordinary efforts in reviewing proposals, attending interviews and meetings, and in helping us write the strongest contract possible with Associa.
We are confident that taking this step will safeguard the financial interests of every member of our cluster association.
