Our special meeting on January 22, 2019 begins at 7:30 pm at St.Thomas A Becket - and will be our first opportunity, as a community, to discuss the governing documents that were sent out previously (currently located on the website, and available by request of the board in hard copy).
The board will chair the meeting. Roberts Rules of Order will apply, similar to a normal board meeting. Discussion will begin with the Articles of Incorporation. Based upon discussion, we will move through the document and continue discusssion at the next special meeting , as posted.
The Board will take minutes and post them after the meeting, for those who could not attend to have a general idea of the items discussed (I.e questions, concerns , or suggestions raised with the portion of the document being discussed).

If your community has twice a week trash, the next trash service will be on the community’s next trash service day.
If your community has once a week trash, the trash will be serviced on Wednesday January 16th, 2019.
If your community has recycling pickup today, the recycling will be serviced on Wednesday January 16th, 2019.
If your community has Christmas tree pickup today, the Christmas trees will be serviced on Wednesday January 16th, 2019.
If your community has Christmas tree pickup normally on Wednesday, the Christmas trees will be serviced on Saturday January 19th, 2019.

* assist in sponsoring the Candidates' Meet and Greet in April
* recruit ballot counters for the May election
